We made it to the game again, now we've really got to call 'Ofa a rabid NSW Waratah fan.
We were the noisy duo in row BB, right behind and in front of some rabid South African fans who were competing sadly against us, but losing it badly even before half time.
We got of to a loser of a start with the game, by standing at the wrong bus-stop ? What's with that ? After half-an-hour of seeing no bus around, 'Ofa had the smarts to get us to walk to another bus-stop to see the rest of the rabid fans queuing for the busses
Wycliffe Palu had a blinder of a game with rampaging runs that netted him two well earned tries, to cheers from fans. His bustling runs during the game got the Tahs moving forward, and energised the team.
Lote Tuqiri also had a good 'un including slotting across the first points for the game with penalty shot right in front, but from half-way?
The kicking tee seems to be on the half-way line where the kick-offs normally start. Lote was also generous enough to give O4 a smile as she bustled a few excitable fans to the side so she could get her shirt signed. Whatever O4 ...
As you can see, the seats were great for watching the game, but I'd definitely need better equipment to get decent photos (but I tried dear fans.)
Looks like I have to keep a close watch on Sisitoutai and the girls, or O4's going to convert them to rabid fans as well. Sesilia just loves doing the cheer "Go Tahs!!!!"
