Hi Sisitoutai

Soap Box
Posted by: Samiuela LV Taufa on November 02, 2007 2:03:38 AM

My dad (Sisitoutai) had a first cousin named after him. His Father Taufa Taitusi had an elder brother Tonga Manase. Tonga Manase married Tupou Uasi and had children Mafile'o(m), Viliami (m), 'Esi (m) 'Akanesi (f), and Sisitoutai (m).

'Akanesi is named after their father's mother ('Akanesi of Mo'unga'one.)

This Sisitoutai passed away at a young age. Mafile'o named one of his children Sisitoutai. So, hello Sisitoutai.

Sisitoutai, as I am lead to believe is the current senior (ranked) Police Officer in Tonga. He's been here before, as a Police Officer but he recently got back.

Of course, it doesn't help that he can rattle off that half of Vava'u are relatives stealing away from Ha'apai. Apparently I am somehow related to a whole bunch of people I've been working with in Government and the private sector such as Dr. Viliami Latu, Sione Vuki, who are here with the conference, Hon. Tu'ivakano who's wife is here in the conference. 'Etuate Lavulavu's middle name is Sisitoutai and he hails from Foa, Ha'apai so there is some connection there. For ICT completion I also need to find what the Ha'apai connection is with Siaosi Sovaleni (optimistically George.)

I'm so lucky to be amidst exalted company.

Hopefully I can remember the details down to write, although the first key step is to find out that were are related
