Round Abouts - When you're on a good thing
Tonga seems to have some spurt growth in the use of RoundAbouts from a year ago seing them as a novelty with a crazy 1st attempt that included a lightpole in the middle that doesn't cast enough light except possibly enough so you can see that the big lightpole is in the middle of the road.
We now have these things growing out all over the place with the latest temporarily test setups being at Pi Kula, Civil Aviation, and Hala Uelingatoni Kolomotu'a.

We can already tell that it some some effect (better?) on traffic but it doesn't seem to have prevented those crazy road accidents with quite a few shattered glass littering the RoundAbouts.
Great to see that when we get into a good thing we can really run with it.
