TCC does webmail

TCC is responsive, whether it was reading my post earlier, or that they are just on the ball.
Less than half a day after the previous post, TCC's Webmail, is working again.

There are still some other problems with the new design, but give credit where it's due, they've got the webmail back up and running as soon as someone discovered it down. That seems to me the most critical of their web services. Congratulations.
