Tonga Broadcasting - Online with a big splash

Well, it wasn't that big a splash, but they sure are keeping their records well updated.

Just noticed today that the Tonga Broadcasting Commission (www.tbc.to) have their own website, and although some of the links from the front page don't go anywhere (which equates just fine with life over here) the important link (news) works great!!!

Tell people about this TBC. A great read, and it seems to cover the transcripts of key new items of their daily news. Now, we don't get that anywhere else.

Visit bTonga

You can leave the colourful stuff for Matangi Tonga (http://www.matangitonga.to) who are very good at that stuff. But keeping us trickle fed with the current events in Tonga, that's now looking at a new news leader TBC (but not that many people are going to find out.)

The Tongan Language news seems to lag a little bit, but congratulations to the TBC Web team for getting a great resource up for those online.

They have a collection of Tongan music for download, so that is worth the visit on it's own. There's no statement about the (c) and distribution on the music but they will get there.

Here's hoping you get more hits.
