bTonga is a WYSIWYG blog client for Windows XP.
bTonga lets you create and manage your BLOG offline.
bTonga currently supports MoveableType compatible BLOG/CMS Engines including: Xaraya, Wordpress and the Metawebog API also supported by the above servers. MSN Spaces is also supported and we mention only these as they are the three I have used and we expect it should work with others.

More tuning with cleaning control characters and unknown input characters from your post. Where the 0.7.0.0 release only cleaned control characters, this update better handles that and ‘smart quotes’ so you can enter them (or copy paste articles including them.)
The value of this update is most notable if you need to copy/paste some article from the web where invariably there will be some control character or non-xml entity that might blow up the xml-rpc process.
I like this update so much I just had to push it up.
