www.revenue.gov.to - It's up

Just a reminder that the Consumption Tax information is available online over at the Prime Minister's Government of Tonga website aka www.govt.to or at the old address www.pmo.gov.to.

Revenue Services are also up at http://www.revenue.gov.to and on their site they are actually including a copy of the ACT in question. I talked with some of them yesterday and they said they have some more documentation to put online (such as 'explanation')

There's still a bit of questioning on the Consumption Tax around town but I'm not so sure how much of this is related to hype by the politicians in the run-up to the elections or of real concern. I'm sure I don't want to get taxed but if it keeps the country afloat and independent, how bad can that be ?
