This section of Tonga on the 'NET contains course-notes and material developed for Junior/Senior High computer studies courses for Form 4, Form 5, and Form 6 in Tonga. As a test/development site for sharing information between staff and students these pages will continue to evolve to incorporate increase the content for other subjects and from student works.
According to a study released by the Information Technology Association of America and Virginia Polytechnic Institute, approximately 10% of all IT positions-or 346,000 jobs-are going begging. To help close the gap, the Labor and Commerce departments plan to spend some $28 million to train and recruit newcomers to IT.

This section was originally designed for DHTML and Internet Explorer 4.0. I have spent some hours reworking it to work with Netscape 3.0 and 4.0 although some features seem to still work best with IE 4.0x.
